Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and evidence (photos where relevant). We will assess and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, credit, or refund.
Change-of-mind requests
Because products are supplied as research materials with controlled handling requirements, returns for change-of-mind are generally not accepted once dispatch has occurred, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
