Peptiv8 supplies products strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for UK orders while preserving your statutory rights.

Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and evidence (photos where relevant). We will assess and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, credit, or refund.

Change-of-mind requests

Because products are supplied as research materials with controlled handling requirements, returns for change-of-mind are generally not accepted once dispatch has occurred, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable distance-selling rules where relevant.
